This is a feature implemented in Microsoft Outlook that consists in converting a the email content in to into a task for in your service provider.
Go to “Convert to activity”
Click the “Convert to activity” button in the Linked Pane of the AHAU 260 app to convert your email in to into a task. You can use it to tasks on any provider you have connected to the AHAU 260 application.
Select
aTarget Activity/Task
Select a project where from your service provider to which you want to create add a new activity from you service provider.
Create
theNew Activity
On the top of the New Task, you can see the name of the selected project on which you want to create a new task.
The body of the email will show on the description of your new task.
