This is a feature designed to use for be used with Redmine. It is shown along with Post “Post Time Entry Entry” when a Redmine project has been selected. Just select an option from the dropdown menu. is selected.
Select a Time Entry Activity
Click on the box for it to show options and then choose the option you desire.
