AHAU 260 can create tasks and messages using OpenAI’s capabilities, streamlining workflows and automating content generation.
To activate this feature, enter your OpenAI key in the settings.
You can find your key in your OpenAI account dashboard.
Create a task
To create a task using AI, select the email you want to convert into a task, open it, and launch our plugin.
Click "New Task" and select the desired project.
The OpenAI service will automatically generate a detailed task description based on the content of the email and the selected project. This ensures accuracy and saves you time.
Send Message
With the new AI-powered quick actions feature, sending messages is simple and efficient. Just follow these steps:
In the plugin, click on "Quick Actions", and select the option "Send Message".
Choose the project associated with the task you’re working on.
Pick the specific task you want to send the message to.
You can write the message manually or use AI to generate it. To let the AI assist you:
Click on the robot icon, and the AI will create a message using the email, task, and project data.
Review the AI-generated message or edit it as needed. When ready, click "Post" to send the message.
