This is a feature implemented in Microsoft Outlook that consists in converting a email content in to a task for your service provider.
Go to “Convert to activity”
Click the “Convert to activity” button in the Linked Pane of the AHAU 260 app to convert your email in to a task. You can use it to tasks on any provider you have connected to the AHAU 260 application.
Select a Target Activity/Task
Select a project where you want to create new activity from you service provider.
Create the New Activity
On the top of the New Task, you can see the name of the selected project on which you want to create a new task.
The body of the email will show on the description of your new task.
