In your personal workspace, you can create many workspaces, in which you can put different types of tasks and information, so you can be more oriented.
For example in this screenshot you can see that i have created 4 different workspaces, with different names.
And its the same with Teams Workspace, the only difference here is that you have more than one people in this workspace and you can all see and work together on it.
