Manage Templates

On your Templates Manager, you can control your templates in order to quickly insert items on a given checklist without the need to type.

Click on the “Manage Templates” button so you can open your template manager.

 

In the “Templates Manager” you can:

Re-Order Templates List

You can order your templates list until you feel satisfied with it. You just need to click and drag your items and change their position. (Shown in the image to the right).

Then you just need to drop your templates at their new position and the list will automatically adapt to your changes.

 

 

Manage a Specific Template

To the right of a template’s name, click the 3 dots button, while hoovering a template.

The small menu below will open.

You can then edit, duplicate or delete the chosen template.

Edit Template

After clicking on the “more” button as described above and opening the small menu to the right, you can then edit a template by clicking the “Edit” button.

Then, the respective form to the right will open.

You can unlock the “Save” button by doing any change to the name or items of your chosen template. Then you just need to click it.

 

 

Alternatively, you can double click on a template name and the edit form will also open.

Duplicate Template

After clicking the 3 dots button as described above and opening the small menu to the right, you can then duplicate a template by clicking the “Duplicate” button.

Then, the respective form to the right will open, with a copy of the chosen template as its fields.

 

Delete Template

After clicking the “more” button and open the small menu described in the above section, you can delete a template by clicking the “Delete” button.

Then, the pop-up with the removal confirmation will appear on the right. You just have to click the “Yes” button.

Create a New Template

You can open the additional template form by clicking the “Create” button.

After entering a name for your new template and its respective items, the “Create” button will be unlocked and you can then click it.

 

Name and items are required fields.

When you add or edit items, you should know that each line of your “Items” box is equivalent to one item.
