Finding and Linking Projects/Tasks

AHAU 260 allows finding and linking emails, documents, contacts to projects and tasks. Users can search for project management projects and tasks across platforms like Asana, Jira, Redmine and Birdview PSA. This feature provides a list view of all projects or tasks, allowing users to quickly identify and manage their workload. Whether you need to locate a specific project or track the progress of individual tasks, LookUp simplifies the process and enhances project visibility.

To start searching either Projects, Tasks, Documents or Contacts, you have to click the magnifier icon (highlighted in Figure 1) and select which object you would like to search (Figure 2). After that, you can write your search query and have access to the object you were searching for, as well as the functionalities you can use after this search process.
