Convert to Activity

This is a feature implemented in Microsoft Outlook that consists in converting the email content into a task in your service provider.

Go to “Convert to activity”

Click the “Convert to activity” button in the Linked Pane of the AHAU 260 app to convert your email into a task. You can use it to tasks on any provider you have connected to the AHAU 260 application.

Select Target Activity/Task

Select a project from your service provider to which you want to add a new activity.

Create New Activity

On the top of the New Task, you can see the name of the selected project on which you want to create a new task.

The body of the email will show on the description of your new task.
