After adding the AHAU 260 extension for Hubspot, you can access it in a contact’s tab. It should be located in the bottom of the right pane.

When the add-in is successfully added to Hubspot, you will have a “Connect” button in the extension’s pane.

After connecting your Hubspot account and the profile you want, you will be able to access the linked pane of the AHAU 260 app through the extensions tab, in the bottom right part of your contacts' tab.

There, you will be able to find all the linked data, such as documents, emails, tasks and access them with just a click.

Linked Pane

The linked pane will contain the same informationas in all the other AHAU 260 supported extensions.

You will have different drop-down tabs: Tasks, Emails, Checklists, Bookmarks, Contacts, Channels and Documents.

 

After you click in the “+” icon (to create an activity/task) or in “Send/Link to activity”, the tasks that are created or linked will appear in the “Tasks” tab, the assignees of this tasks will be in the “Contacts” tab and the attachment files will be in the “Documents” tab (e.g.).

The extension having focus in your CRM, and therefore, the contacts you have there, will have this tab pre-filled with the contact you accessed the linked pane from. Hubspot’s extension will have linking contacts as its main functionality

In the tasks pane, you are able to find all the tasks of your linked project management platforms that you can access.

Checklists Pane

This is the Checklists pane. Here, you can create checklists and add items to them. Apart from this, you can create templates with items, so when you add a template to a certain checklist, the items you assigned to the template are all added to the checklist you would like.

Timers Pane

This is the Timers pane. Here you can start a timer with the activity you are working on at the moment and post a time entry with this timer in your company’s provider.

When a timer is started, there will be a timer counter presented in the AHAU 260 blue bar at the top, next to the “Refresh” button. You can start and stop a timer for the same task many times and all the entries will be saved.
