This is a feature designed was implemented to let you upload any files while you post posting a new message/note.
Open
panel to uploadUpload Panel
On the New Message form, click on the attach “attach” icon to display the uploader.
Select
a fileFile
Select a file or Drag & Dropto upload.
Click on Post “Post”to send the message/note along with the uploaded files.
