Edit Activity/Task

AHAU 260 allows you to edit your tasks' details and manage their status, progress and other details. Follow the steps below to edit your tasks.

Choose an activity/task and click the respective row to open the activity/task details window.

 

 

Update Activity/Task Data

The form contains the following buttons in the command bar:

  • “Save” icon to update the activity/task.

  • “Favorite” icon to add this activity/task to the favorite list.

  • “Eye” icon to open activity details in the web browser, on the respective provider’s database.

Activity/Task Header

On the top of the edit activity page, you can see the header.


Its structure is as follows:

On the first row we have, in order:

  1. Activity/task id;

  2. Type (“Task” in this case);

  3. Status (“Open” in this case);


On the second row we have the name of the activity/task;


Finally, on the third row there is a breadcrumb which structure varies based on some aspects of the task/activity:

  • If activity/task has no parent, the structure should be just “task”;

  • If activity/task has a parent, but its parent has no parent, the structure should be like “project > task”;

  • If activity’s/task’s parent has a parent, the structure should be like “project > … > parent”.

 

Save Activity

Click the “Save” button to post the updates. Use the “Link with email” option if you want to link the activity with the current email, or vice-versa.
