Send Messages

To send messages with the new feature in our plugin, the quick actions with the artificial inteligence, you just need to follow a few steps.

Open

First choose the email, open the plugin, and choose quick actions.

Choose the option send message in

the option quick actions.

Open

Choose the project.

Choose the task you want to send the

message too.

Now we you can write the message yourself

or use the AI to create one.

To do this, the AI, uses data from the email, task and

project to create the message.

Just click on the robot button.

It will create a message based in the email you choosed.

After, just click on post and the message its send.

Now we open the project management, which in this case is birdview, and we can see that the message is there in the task we choose.
