This feature is available on a team or a private chat in Teams.
As an input box option:
With it, you can search for tasks and send them in a team or private chat. You can also see check your linked Pane menus, create a task or simply sign out. From the presented list of tasks you can select and then post such task, then that task will be linked by contact to the private chat or team that you have posted it in.
In message options:
Note: If a task is created, linked, sent to or converted while using this feature, inside a specific private chat or team, the tasks used will be linked by contact to such private chat or team, and can be accessed in linked pane from this feature or from the static tab feature.
