Static Tab

This feature shows a more classic view of the AHAU 260 application comparing to the functionality presented in the input box menu or from the conversation menu. Static tab mode allows to view and edit all tasks linked to the specific conversation collected in one place.

After the installation of the AHAU 260 app for Microsoft Teams, go to a private or team channel and click on the add tab button.
Select from your apps the AHAU 260.
Select the Tab name, the display option, and if you want to post notification about the tab. Once you finished, click “Save”.
The static tab will open and give you a view of all the activities linked to that one conversation. You will also be able to check and manage the details of those tasks.

Note: When a task is linked, sent, converted, or created within the static tab in a specific private or team chat, the managed task will be linked to this specific conversation. Also, if you manage and post tasks within the compose mode, these tasks will be linked by contact with such specific conversation.
