Bot

This functionality is available only for the Microsoft Teams application. With the bot, you are able to execute multiple operations using a chat-based system. It includes operations such as:

1. Show a list of projects;

2. Find a project by search request with filters;

3. Show a project by id;

4. Show a list of tasks;

5. Find a task by a search request with filters;

6. Get a task by id;

7. Create a new task;

8. Log a time to a task;

9. Show a list of commands for user interactions.

How to Access It

After the installation process, check the left sidebar on Microsoft Teams for AHAU 260. If at first glimpse the app is not found, click the “…” icon, to find more apps.

Open

After logging into your account, click on the field at the bottom of the chat and check that a box appears above it. Click this box to see all the usable bot commands and then choose or type the command you wish to use.
