This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared by AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA when you use Jira Outlook Add-In (hereinafter: Product) or visit https://www.ahausoftware.com (the “Site”).

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) 

Ahau Software Unip. LDA’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Information we collect and the specific context in which we collect the information: 

  • AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA needs to perform a contract with you 

  • You have given AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA permission to do so 

  • Processing your personal information is in AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA legitimate interests 

  • AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA needs to comply with the law 

AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

PERSONAL DATA

Bright Market, LLC dba FastSpring will store and process personal data of LICENSEE (name and email address, company name and address, phone numbers, tax identifier) only to the extent required for processing and performing the Agreement or to the extent that LICENSEE has granted its consent to the processing of its data.

BUSINESS DATA

Confidential business data of the LICENSEE NOT routing through LICENSOR servers and NOT processing. LICENSOR will NOT analyze the content of the data, or forward it to external parties.

Jira issues will be saved in your local PST file that can be used and processed only in your local Microsoft Outlook.

Only technical HTTP requests that contains unique PC code will be sent to LICENSOR servers just for software activation needs.

JIRA ATTLASIAN CREDENTIALS

LICENSOR will encrypt and stored in a local storage your Jira Atlassian credentials.

SSL ENCRYPTION 

We protect all the connections with SSL encryption to ensure your data transmitted to us cannot be accessed by third parties. 

DELETE DATA

LICENSEE’s business data can be deleted if delete related PST files from PC.

JIRA ATTLASIAN PERSONAL DATA REPORTING

LICENSOR NOT implemented Jira Personal data reporting API because NO way to get access for the Jira data.

DATA COLLECTED ON WWW.AHAUSOFTWARE.COM  

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.” 

 We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.  

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?  

We use the Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
