This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared by AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA when you use AHAU 260 (hereinafter: Product) or visit http://www.ahau260.com (the “Site”).

DATA COLLECTED FROM AHAU260 USERS
EXTERNAL IDENTITY PROVIDER
AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA will use external identity providers such as Auth0 for identifying users. This service guarantees you that the most advanced technologies will be used against unauthorized access to your data.
PERSONAL DATA
AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA will store and process personal data of the Users (name and email address, company name and address, phone numbers, tax identifier) only to the extent required for processing and performing the contracts or to the extent that the User has granted its consent to the processing of its data.
BUSINESS DATA
Confidential business data of the User will be routed through AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA servers and being processed. AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA servers will temporarily store this data, will not analyze the content of the data, or forward it to external parties.
It is only used to overcome technical limitations in Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Chromium, and improve communication between Easy Projects, Redmine and Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Chromium as well as to keep links between the items. AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA servers are hosted in Amazon Web Services and provide a high level of security.
EASY PROJECTS CREDENTIALS
AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA will store and use your Easy Projects credentials ONLY if you use username / password authentication method instead of SSO (oAuth authorization) that is required to store and use only access/refresh tokens.
REDMINE CREDENTIALS
AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA will store and use only your Redmine API access key.
JIRA ATTLASIAN CREDENTIALS
AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA will store and use your Jira Atlassian credentials ONLY if you use username / personal token authentication method instead of SSO (oAuth authorization) that is required to store and use only access/refresh tokens.
ASANA CREDENTIALS
AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA will store only access/refresh tokens that are received via SSO (oAuth authorization).
SSL ENCRYPTION
We protect all the connections with SSL encryption to ensure your data transmitted to us cannot be accessed by third parties.
DATA REMOVAL
Please send a request to support@ahausoftware.com to request removal of your personal and business data.
JIRA ATTLASIAN PERSONAL DATA REPORTING
AHAU SOFTWARE UNIP. LDA implemented Jira Personal data reporting API to delete all personal data if Jira requests to do it.
DATA COLLECTED ON AHAU260.COM
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
