Start/End Time in hh:mm format

Originally Redmine doesn't have a Start / End time as an entity.
Using custom fields allows you to add specific hour start/end time slots to your Outlook calendar by using Start/End Time custom fields.

First, make sure you`ve created Start Time/End Time custom fields in text format.
Make sure the names of custom fields strictly start with capital letters, in another way it will not work.
Check that these custom fields are active for the project you are working with.

While creating a new issue Start/End Time custom fields appear after you have selected the project with Start/End Time custom fields activated permission.
