Connect Easy Projects Account

You can connect a new Easy Projects account on the “Settings” section.

Connect an Easy Projects Account

On “Settings”, you can check your service provider’s accounts section, right below your AHAU 260 account details.

You can connect a new Easy Projects account by clicking “Connect Account”.

 

 

Choose Account Provider

After the previous step, a pop-up window will open (Figure on the right).

You now have to choose your Easy Projects provider by clicking the respective box to select it, as shown below.

 

Then you just have to click the “Create” button (now unlocked).

Enter Account URL

At this point, you will be presented with the screen to the right and you need to enter a valid account URL in order to proceed.

The field selected needs to have the correct account URL in order to unlock the “Continue” button.

 

Switch Between Hosted and In-house Method

You can change between hosted and in-house URL by clicking on the respective button (which name will change according to the current method).

To change to the In-house method (second image to the right), you click the button below.

 

Alternately, to change from the In-house method (first image to the right) to hosted you should click the one below.

 

 

 

 

Account URL Insertion Success

If the URL field is filled with the correct URL for your account, a success box will appear and the “Continue” button will be unlocked.

Then, you just have to click the “Continue” button.

 

 

 

Account URL Insertion Failed

In the case you inserted a wrong URL when entering your account’s URL, the “Continue” button will be locked again.

A red icon with a cross will also appear to the right of your field, as well as an error box on top.

Authorize Created Account

After clicking the “Continue” button when on the success screen, you will be redirected to the authorization page (figure on the right).

At this point, if your entered URL is the one you pretended, you just have to click the “Authorize” button and proceed.

 

If you want to change your current inserted URL you have to click the “Back to change” button.

 

 

You will then be redirected to the previous step, and re-enter your pretended URL.

Authorize Account

You can authorize by authorization single sign-on or credentials, depending on the case. If using Auth0 single sign-in, you have to allow our add-in's access.

Click the “Authorize” button.

 

 

Authorize by Single Sign-On

After clicking “Authorize”, a pop-up will appear. You have to allow access by clicking on “Allow”. This way you give access to our add-in in order to finish authorizing your account.

 

Authorize by Credentials

In this case, you need to authorize your EasyProjects by credentials, the form to the right will appear after clicking on “Authorize”.

Just fill it with your data and click the “Connect” button to proceed.

 

 

Authorize by Credentials Failed

In case you choose the credentials authorization method and entered wrong credentials on the respective fields, you will see the following message above your form:

 

 

At this moment, you just need to rectify the written credentials and try again.

Authorization Success

After authorizing your account by single sign-on or by credentials and everything was done correctly, you will see the result of your connection attempt (Figure in the right).

An error message will be shown if something is wrong with 0auth single sign-on or if you give wrong credentials. In this case, you have to repeat the authorization process.

Otherwise, if you see the screen to the right, you just have to click the “OK” button to proceed to the sync process.

 

 

Sync Process After Authorizing

If everything went well with the authorization, you reached the final step. After clicking the “Ok” button, your account should automatically start syncing and it is working as planned.

Then, you will be redirected to the settings section and you can check your account sync icon, it will be green. All your tasks/activities related with this account will be loaded on Linked Pane.
