Setup Guide for AHAU 260

The AHAU 260 app integrates Microsoft 365 leads and accounts with HubSpot contacts and companies, enabling users to:

  • Associate emails and documents with contacts and tasks;

  • Link your context workflow with Calendar and To Do features;

Install

  1. Log into/ Sign into AHAU 260 (https://www.ahau260.com)

  2. Navigate to Account card > My profile

  3. Locate the CRM section

  4. Click Connect Account

  5. Select HubSpot and click Create

The AHAU 260 integration for HubSpot can be installed by this URL (*) that will redirect the user to the HubSpot’s Integrations Marketplace.

6. Select your HubSpot account (portal)

7. Click Choose Account

8. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on this screen. AHAU 260 requests access to read and write to contacts and companies and read and edit contact and company properties

9. Click the ✔ button to accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy

10. You will be redirected to the CRM section of the AHAU 260 Profile page and your HubSpot account is now successfully connected.

Configure

After you connect your HubSpot account, it will automatically let you link contacts with tasks, documents and emails without needing further configuration. In the UI of the AHAU 260 app, by accessing the settings you will be able to check your HubSpot connection, as well as manage it (change connection or remove it).

 

Use

AHAU 260 keeps your Microsoft 365 emails and documents synced with your HubSpot contacts, as well as Microsoft Teams’ chats and Teams and web tabs. Links are created manually and require just a few clicks. Syncs run instantly after the link creation.

Disconnect

Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from AHAU 260, Microsoft 365 links and account data will no longer sync to HubSpot contacts and companies (and vice versa). Existing data will remain on your HubSpot records.

  1. Log into AHAU 260 (https://ahau260.com)

  2. Navigate to Account Card > My profile

  3. Locate the HubSpot card in the CRM section

4. Click the 3 dots in the HubSpot card and Remove

5. Click Yes

Unninstall
