Demo Asana - Connection Step-by-Step

 

Log In / Sign Up

If you want to connect your Asana account, all you have to do is when opening AHAU260 in your browser, on the top right corner of the web page, click either in “Log in” if you already have an account or in “Sign Up” to create one.

After signing in to the website, you will have access to information about your current license, such as the serial number, the billing term and the expiration date, as well as the details about the account that you have logged in.

Connecting Accounts

Below the “License” details window, there will be a “Connections” window. There, you have access to a place where you can connect your accounts from the project management service providers that the app supports.

 

In order to connect your Asana account, click “Connect Accounts”. Then, click its logo and log in with your credentials.

After this, your Asana account will be displayed if the connection is successful and you will have the hability to add more accounts.

 

Installing Integrations

To finish, below your connections there will be download links displayed for all the integrations supported by our app. You can install these add-ins in order to take advantage of the benefits of the AHAU 260 app.

 

Google Chrome Extension

After clicking the “Google Chrome” download button from the “Integrations” group, you will be redirected to the “Chrome Web Store”. There, by clicking in “Add to Chrome”, you can add the extention to your browser window.

After this, your add-in will be displayed in the “Extensions” menu in Chrome’s settings. You can click the pin in order to reveal the add-in’s icon in the tool bar.

Office365 Outlook Extension

To add the add-in to your Outlook from Office365 platform, click in the “Microsoft Outlook” download button from the “Integrations” group.

 

After this, a new “Microsoft AppSource” tab will open.

There, you will be able to insert your Microsoft365 account you would like to add the add-in to.

 

Now, you just need to click “Open in Outlook Web” and you will be redirected to your Outlook365.

 

To use the add-in, it will be hidden in the “3-dots” menu, on the top right corner of the email window.

 

To pin the add-in to the buttons outside the “3-dots” menu, you have to access the Outlook “Settings” and click “View all Outlook Settings”. After this, go to the “Customize Actions” tab and add the “AHAU 260” add-in in the “Message Surface” section. After this, you should have the result shown below.
