As an Office 365 admin, you can deploy Office add-ins for the users in your organization. You can do this by using the Centralized Deployment feature in the Office 365 admin center.
You can install add-in by downloading here. Installation of EasyProjects Outlook add-in for Office 365 is also available from the Microsoft Office Store.
