Checklists

This feature is designed to enable a user to create to-do lists to better control the flow of his own work or his team.

Open Checklists Tab

On the right menu bar, click the “to-do” icon to open the checklists tab.

You can also access to this feature on Linked Pane tab “Checklists”.

How Display Works

When you mark all your items as completed, the checklist name changes to strikethrough, and your list is automatically closed.

If you want to open or close a list, click the toggle button, at the beginning of a checklist header.

At the right side of the checklist name, you can see a counter, left number represent the completed items, and on right the total of items.

We keep track of your lists “open/closed” status, so when you return to the checklists tab, your lists keep the same status as when you have left them.

Create a New Checklist

On top of checklists that could already have been created, you will find a empty field to create new checklists, by typing the name and clicking on plus icon or pressing enter.

Change Checklist Name

If you hover the checklist name you will see a pencil icon. If you click it, the field to edit the name of the checklist will appear.

You can then write the new checklist’s name. Then you just need to click outside or press the enter.

Add Items to Checklist

Start by clicking the toggle button if the list is not already opened.

At the bottom of the items its displayed a field to insert new one.

Add new items as you please, by writing their name and clicking the “Add” button (plus symbol) or by pressing Enter/Return key.

Edit Checklist Items

You can change between completed and not completed status by clicking the checkbox icon.

You can hover the item title to see the options for edit the item.

Remove Checklist/Items

On the right side of the checklist name close to the counter you can see the remove icon. Click it to remove the entire checklist.

The process for removing an item from a checklist is very similar. Hover on the target item. The delete icon will appear next to it.

Copy Checklists Feature

In case you would like to copy your checklists to a document, email or task, you can click the “Copy” next to the checklist’s item counter in order to copy both the checklists title and items.

Then, you will be able to paste it as you would do with a normal copied text.
