Timers

This feature allows you to have a better control on the time you spend in each task.

Open Timers Tab

On the left side of the app’s pane, you can use the “Timers” feature by clicking the clock icon.

In this panel, you can have a great overview of the time you spend in each activity.
The timers are organized by days and composed by a description, the correspondent time, and (optionally) a linked activity.
When you hover your cursor over the timers, they will display two management icons on the right and the total time spent in this activity with blue color.

In order to link an activity to a timer, you need to have a service provider account connected. Check the link below to read more about it.

 

 

Create a New Timer

You can easily create a new timer by inserting a description on the main label and press play.

From this moment, you can see that the timer was added to your timer's list and it has a blue label while is running.
You can restart any timer you have on your list by clicking the “play” button.

 

Change a Timer

To edit the details of your timer you can click it and a pop-up window will show.
In order to link an activity to your timer you need to have a provider account connected first. Check the link below to read more about it.

Once you click to select an activity, a dropdown with all your activities will display to select.

After you save your changes, the activity will display it below the timer description. If you click it, it will redirect you to the task editor page.

 

Remove a Timer

When you hover the timer, you will notice some new icons showing on the right. Click the “trash” button to delete a timer.

 

 

Post Time Entry

This feature allows you to post the time that was spent in the realization of an activity. You can find it close to the “trash” icon when the timer is hovered.

Once you click, a window should display with all the details about the timer.
In order to post the time entry, the timer need to be linked to some activity.

Once the timer is posted it will display a green label
