Too add and remove members.

Just open your organization page and then click on the member you want to remove.

Member Roles

About the member roles, we have two options.

Or the manager or the member. So the person that creates the organization is the manager and the other persons are members. The manager is the only one that can see the workspace, if he doesnt invite the members for it and he can view everything.
